  • Be the strategic partner to senior executives, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel worldwide.
  • Streamline operations by maintaining efficient systems for purchase orders and expense reimbursements.
  • Prepare compelling presentations, reports, and documents, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage office supplies, vendors, and resources.
  • Become an indispensable asset, assisting with various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and time management skills to ensure seamless collaboration across time zones
  • Minimum 10 years of administrative experience, with executive-level experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Master of organization and time management, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
