We are looking for an Executive Assistant & Internal Communications

Responsibilities:

  • As a key member of our team, you will primarily drive internal communications, creating engaging weekly news and updates for our intranet, and coordinating impactful video messages from our leaders.
  • Your role involves effective management and organization of the Country Manager’s calendar, ensuring optimal use of their time with well-planned appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating schedules within our Senior Management Team, arranging meetings that accommodate all parties.
  • Your support will be instrumental in planning and executing special projects and events.
  • Travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itinerary planning for business trips and events will fall under your scope.
  • Your role requires flexibility to adjust schedules to accommodate last-minute changes and emergency cancellations.
  • You will be a trusted point of contact for the Country Manager, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills in all interactions.
  • As the liaison between the Country Manager and staff, you will handle calls and visitors, answer queries, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
  • Your responsibilities will include keeping the Country Manager informed of time-sensitive and priority issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
