Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the team

  • internal clients and outside counsel to schedule and calendar meetings.
  • Maintaining calendars and monitoring case deadlines.
  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Submitting and reconciling expense reports.
  • Reviewing, submitting and tracking invoices.
  • Opening new matters.
  • Preparing, proofing, and sending outbound correspondence.
  • Receiving, distributing, organizing, and filing inbound correspondence.
  • Document organization and filing. Planning and organizing both small and large events.
  • Establishing a collaborative, working relationship with members of the litigation team, the broader legal team, and business clients.
  • Developing and executing various special assignments.
  • Participating in process improvement and establishment of best demonstrated practices.
  • Being an enthusiastic participant in the life of the JLD and JLD committees.
