Responsibilities:

  • Handle travel logistics: flight/hotel/rental car/visa/conference registration.
  • Organize management meetings: compile reports/record minutes/action item follow-up/catering.
  • Manage corporate agreements (hotels, rental car, etc.), memberships and subscriptions.
  • Prepare and proof-read documents, forms and financial statements.
  • Process and reconcile expenses charged to Corporate’s credit card.
  • Google translation of documents in foreign languages to English.
  • Maintain content on Intranet for the management team.
  • Organize team events (lunch, outings, Christmas parties, etc.).
  • Administer timesheets for the management team.
  • Handle mail and courier.
  • Handle office supplies and equipment purchases.
  • Perform other duties as required.
