Responsibilities:

  • Diary management for General Counsel, including coordination of all meetings and preparation of agendas.
  • Collation of pre-reading/documents ready for all meetings
  • Coordination of leadership team key meetings, including forward planning, the preparation of agendas and recording action items
  • Provide support to Heads of Legal, and Head of Operations including running reports, leave management and mandatory training tracking
  • Working closely with the Practice & Operations Manager, as well as the EAs in Legal
  • Managing expenses and processing accounts, payments, and reimbursements in a timely and compliant manner, in WEAPS, e-buy, COUPA and Promaster
  • General support to General Counsel, Heads of Legal, and Head of Operations including approval of IT requests. People HQ requests and User Access Requirements
  • Update and maintain the team organisational charts and distribution lists
