Description:

Summary
Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support and ensuring business operations runs smoothly. .

What you’ll do

  • Manage priorities and support critical initiatives
  • Analyse internal and external data, to support and recommend new ideas and solutions to executive leadership in decision making and problem solving
  • Draft presentations, reports, briefing materials; translation and work on confidential documents in three languages (English, German and Chinese)
  • Coordinate and liaise with both internal (both regionally and globally) and external parties
  • Plan and organize meetings and other events from the executive office
  • Be able to maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Monitor effectiveness of current procedure of the department, streamline to improve efficiency and productivity to meet actual business needs
  • Monitor and make sure the above activities are performed according to company guidelines
  • Act as thought planner, proactively proposing improvements and new ideas
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to our executive leader by managing/ maintaining up-to-date schedules of appointments, business functions and travel arrangement
  • Manage and support projects and duties as assigned

What you’ll need

  • Good University degree holder
  • Minimum 8 years solid and relevant experience in multinational company
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and German would desireable
  • Mature, strong organisation skills and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and able to interact with all levels of management, strong in conflict management
  • Strong analytical skills and an experienced user of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Able to work independently and deal well with ambiguity
