ROLE PURPOSE

This is an opportunity to join a leading property group who pride ourselves on the client experience. As EA, you will be valued as someone who is the backbone of the team, supporting with all administrative duties relating to the sales process. A critical part of the role is to provide exceptional customer care and build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales and settlement process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Administration, preparation, and co-ordination of all properties listed for sale throughout the entire process – including vendor management -Attending and managing out of office appointments e.g. photoshoots, building and pest inspections, pre-settlement inspections etc -Project Management of house preparation for the purpose of sale -Preparing the Agents for listing and appraisal presentations -Organising and preparing the Sales Agents for open houses & auctions -Manage the exchange to settlement period between vendor, buyers & solicitors including submitting invoices -Invoicing and accounts managements -Assisting with phone / email queries regarding properties for sale when required.
