DTCP is an independent investment management firm with 2.3 billion euros in assets under management and over 60 professionals. With a focus on digital transformation, the firm invests across two strategies: DTCP Growth invests in leading software companies out of its latest fund Growth Equity III (GE III). The team has made over 30 investments in Europe, Israel and the US. DTCP Infra invests in European digital infrastructure out of the Digital Infrastructure Vehicle II (DIV II). DTCP Infra specializes in investments in mobile towers, fiber networks and data centers.
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Executive Assistant to join our assistant team in our office in Frankfurt. You will work closely with the executives you support as well as with our Assistant team across our 6 offices globally.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

DTCP’s Executive Assistant team manages the administration of our offices and supports the executives and our team to efficiently structure and carry out their work.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Schedule management, travel booking and expenses for the executives you support
  • General administrative activities shared across the assistant team
  • Build 1-2 focus areas in which to develop (depending on capabilities and requirements e.g. support of corporate events, communication, HR, ESG…)
  • Organization and preparation of business meetings

You completed an apprenticeship in a relevant field and preferentially collected first experiences in an assistant role. Furthermore, you have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • German preferred
  • Organisational talent and able to keep a cool head and attention to detail under time pressure
  • Professional use of the Microsoft Office-suit
