Due to our continued growth, we are looking for you as an Executive Assistant (m/f/d) in our headquarters in Munich to support our management with administrative, coordinative and ad-hoc matters. In this role, you will not only lay the foundation for our daily operations but also act as a confidant and value ambassador, therefore significantly shaping our company culture.
- Communication with Heart: You will be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and handle the respective correspondences. This involves interacting with all our company departments, customers, and suppliers
- Scheduling and Travel Planning: You will be responsible for coordinating and managing appointments, meetings and travel arrangements, ensuring that all processes run smoothly through your meticulous planning
- Meeting Excellence: In addition to organizing our meetings, you will also be responsible for the preparation and follow-ups (on an organizational as well as content-related level), including the creation of presentations, reports, decision templates, and the follow-up of to-do and action lists
- Project Management: You will develop ideas, concepts, and project proposals to support development projects and oversee the project-based implementation of the developed approaches
