Responsibilities:

As our Executive Assistant supporting the Managing Directors, this role offers significant growth potential and learning opportunities whilst providing insight into the start-up ecosystem and the company optimisation phase. You will work across various business operations projects as we progress through Series A and our first satellite launch this year. Your role will cover the following main areas;

  • Manage calendars with precision and discretion, ensuring efficient time use and privacy.
  • Handle LinkedIn and email accounts, maintaining a professional and organised presence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, optimising itineraries and logistics.
  • Representing as a “gatekeeper”, tactfully declining requests and invitations that are not aligned with priority objectives.
  • Oversee personal admin tasks and organisation.
  • Assisting with investor newsletters and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Prepare slides and materials for advisory board meetings, investor meetings, and other events.
  • Organise and plan company events, including advisory board meetings and site visits.
  • Draft and prepare internal and external communication, including leading town hall meetings.
  • Comprehensive note-taking during meetings with follow-up on tasks ensuring action items are completed.
  • Provide briefing materials for meetings with investors, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Maintain awareness of company morale, identifying and addressing internal issues proactively or escalating them when necessary.
  • Support strategic projects, contributing to changing management initiatives.

Location – You will be based within a commutable distance of our Munich office, in Germany. We offer remote working and flexible working hours with occasional meetings when required on-site.
