Responsibilities:

Werribee Mercy Hospital is a public hospital providing comprehensive care to the growing community of the West. The role of the Divisional Director is to oversee and be accountable for the day-to-day management of the Community Hospital @ Home division. In addition to leading the supportive and dedicated team, key performance measures also include clinical outcomes, customer experience and financial performance for the division.

The Executive Assistant to the Divisional Director Community Hospital @ Home is a pivotal role in supporting the Divisional Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing a full range of confidential administrative and support including:

  • The coordination and scheduling of calendar management, as well as the management of content and the flow of information to senior executives.
  • A critical point of contact for key stakeholders including executives, employees and external partners.
  • Interact with other EAs to partner on organisational projects and communication strategies.
  • Organise, execute and assist with meeting preparation including agendas, meeting papers & minute taking
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up outstanding items
  • Email management and communicating on behalf of the Divisional Director as required
  • Drafting and preparation of written correspondence
