Our client is seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join their team as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager. This full-time role is based in their Sydney CBD office, with no hybrid or work-from-home options offered.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and the capacity to liaise with personnel at all levels.
  • Adept at handling confidential information and making administrative decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Representative Director.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate travel, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Offer administrative support to team members, including email and fax management, meeting coordination, and report collation.
  • Contribute to office management by overseeing facilities, supplies, and service contracts, ensuring a safe and quality environment.
  • Participate as a member of the APPEC Organizing Committee, coordinating meetings and events, and providing top-tier support during conferences.
