THE SKILLS WE NEED
- Previous office management, EA or client relations experience is essential
- Experience working in the construction industry is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, Adobe Suite etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- A positive attitude and team-spirit!
Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support across the Victorian team
- Work with our leadership team to develop client relationships and be the lead for our client relationship management system
- Ordering office supplies, catering, set up meeting rooms, maintain kitchen and general office tidiness
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, submission documents, presentations and related documents as directed
- Scheduling of State Managers appointments and calendars
- Coordinate employee training
- General marketing & HR assistance including on boarding/off boarding staff
- Provide basic IT support to employees such as setting up computers, phones, conference calls, troubleshooting issues to IT helpdesk
- Health & Well-being involvement/ initiative
