SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

As the suitable candidate for this position, you will hold prior relevant and recent experience in executive support, senior administration and/or team support. Experience in property or real estate industry is advantageous however not essential.

In addition, you will also:

Responsibilities:

As the Executive Assistant, your key focus will be to provide best practice administrative support to team while fostering positivity and a can-do attitude.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

  • Providing executive support to the business leaders in the form of managing diary appointments, scheduling and arranging meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling meetings;
  • Document management including preparation and formatting of proposals, marketing collateral and tenders for submission;
  • Actioning financial support including processing of invoices, credit card expenses and ensuring submission of claims and reimbursements;
  • Drafting, preparing and coordinating communication including correspondence, submissions, reports and presentations and monitoring all correspondence to ensure a prompt and accurate response;
  • Supporting office staff members for office issue resolution (including IT related issues and support);
  • Ad hoc administration support for the broader support functions.
