    Are you an energetic PA looking for an exciting career in Accounting? This is a fantastic opportunity within a great team environment!! They offer excitement and the opportunity of growth. In this role you will be providing assistance to the Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organising complex travel arrangements
  • Diary and email management
  • Coordination of meetings and conferences
  • Typing of correspondence and documentation
  • Formatting emails and letters on behalf of the Partner
  • General day to day organisational support

With proven accounting experience, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar level role
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Outstanding editing skills
  • Diplomacy to deal with confidential matters
  • Strong decision making skills

The ideal candidate will have solid accounting/taxation experience and will be able to hit the ground running. You will be joining a close knit team that promotes a work life balance and a happy work environment. You will have strong Microsoft Word and typing skills, be highly organised and have the ability to juggle a busy workload and varying deadlines.
