Description:
Our client is a leading private equity firm based in Singapore, focused on agnostic investment strategy. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Executive Assistant to join the dynamic investment team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the investment team, playing a critical role in ensuring the team operates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 year of administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and courteous interaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating needs and seeking solutions.
- Knowledge of the private equity industry a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars for assigned team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Assist with travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Draft and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic) for the investment team.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, screening inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Conduct basic research and data entry as needed.
- Assist with project management tasks for the investment team.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
