Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
As the Executive Assistant to the Group Head of Performance, Group Head of Underwriting Governance, Sustainability and Standards & Global Head of Cyber you will be responsible for optimising the leader’s time through managing deliverables, inputs and timelines, coordinating with team and stakeholders as required, reporting, diary and travel requirements.
We are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to partner with fast paced and agile global leaders.
You will work closely with the Senior Management team providing secretarial and administrative support exclusively whilst maintaining a high level of discretion.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Forecasting deliverables and meeting commitments, ensuring leaders are equipped to deliver.
- Coordinating correspondence, presentations and reports both of a general and confidential nature on behalf of the Senior Management team.
- Optimising business appointments and travel arrangements
- Managing a wide range of contacts at all levels, from within and outside the organisation.
- Management of cost centre budgets and financial team requirements including invoicing.
- Point of contact for the wider teams for process guidance, team member inductions and onboarding.
