Description:

Randstad is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our clients dynamic team! As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of their office. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and relationships.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
