Description:

Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant to join a growing private lending firm based in the inner South East. They are dedicated to delivering a superior service and are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to the Executive Director, offering support across daily the business’ operations. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities with finesse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management; prioritising, managing and coordinating daily schedule from end to end
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless logistical arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, representing the company with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide support in financial administration tasks, including banking activities, expense tracking, and invoice processing.Assist with occasional personal items and projects as required

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within financial services
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a commitment to providing high-quality support
