Job description
This is your chance to step into an Executive Assistant role Managing this incredible Business Unit comprising of a high profile and super successful Director and his two Sales Associates. Working with this team will keep you challenged and energised every single day where no two days are ever the same.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS NEEDED:

• At least 2 years Real Estate experience
• Exceptional Communiation skills both written and verbal
• HIgh energy and able to keep up with his team
• Live locally to the Ryde/Gladesville area
• Must hold a Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate Licence
• Current driver’s Licence & access to a reliable vehicle.

• Full diary Management of Directors diary
• Manage listing to settlement and post-settlement process ( up to 10 at any one time)
• Create strong relationships with vendors and keep them always updated
• Full CRM and compliance management for EBU
• Great culture & vibrant team environment
• Pre-listing and listing presentations and kits
• Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs & original contracts
• Full administration support to the team
