SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Significant demonstrated experience as an EA and Team Coordinator is essential.
- Strong rapport with C-suite or senior executives across corporate, government and not for profit settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn emerging software and systems, including artificial intelligence.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to fostering inclusivity and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks often on competing timeframes and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team including the Founder of a prestigious and reputable Consulting firm in a challenging and rewarding role. This is a diverse role requiring the successful candidate to possess a business mindset that allows them to influence outcomes and make independent decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing Executive Support and Team Coordination, your role would involve:
- Manage professional scheduling for the Founder and Director, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the team.
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking and transportation.
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, taking minutes, presentation creation, report preparation, agendas, communicating to clients on behalf of consultants, expense management and maintenance of filing system and contact database.
- Facilitate team communications and collaboration among team members.
- Always maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality
- Demonstrate a proactive perceptive approach.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including meetings, conferences, and regular social gatherings.
- Coordinate logistical details such as venue selection, catering, invite lists, rsvp and proactive engagement with guests and any problem solving.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, liaising with vendors and building management as necessary.
