Description:
EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Demonstrated experience providing high quality support to a senior manager or director (prior HR leadership support experience desirable)
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to anticipate the daily needs of your executive
- Excellent diary management skills – you know how to prioritise and coordinate conflicting tasks
- A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong previous experience organising national and international travel bookings and events
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to forge relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities:
This is a rare opportunity to join our team as an Executive Assistant to our Chief People & Culture Officer. You will provide high levels of executive and administrative support to the CPO and the People & Culture leadership team. The role would suit a seasoned EA who has extensive experience supporting leaders within a fast-paced, dynamic, and exciting environment.
To be successful you will possess experience within a large, complex organisation, have high levels of energy, professionalism, initiative, and the ability to problem solve and deliver solutions under tight time constraints.
