Description:

  • Full time permanent position
  • Current location - Sydney CBD
  • $90,000 - $120,000 + super + bonus

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of all administration tasks with one-on-one support to the CEO. You will have strong organisational skills, a can-do attitude, high attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

About the role:

  • Assist with diary management
  • Assisting with the preparation of board reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Assist with client inquiries and maintain client relationships
  • Filing and record keeping
  • Document collation and coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security

About you:

  • Proficient in MS office suite / Excel and relevant systems
  • Ability to multitask
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organised with an ability to work accurately & efficiently
  • Must have full working rights
