THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to be based in our head office in North Strathfield. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Chief Supply Chain Officer, General Counsel & Chief People Officer, and contribute to the success of The Arnott’s Group in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for optimizing the time of these senior executives, providing administrative leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

THE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Senior Executive diary management
  • Preparation of complex documents using various applications
  • Development and enhancement of administrative procedures
  • Handling enquiries and correspondence, both internal and external
  • Coordination of travel and accommodation for senior executives and visitors
  • Management of venues, equipment, and catering for events
  • Handling expense reports, application of expense policies, and budget management
  • Completion of monthly credit card statements for leadership team members
  • Providing proactive support as a team player

Responsibilities:

  • Experience providing Executive Assistance to senior executives
  • Technical proficiency with advanced MS Office suite skills. Experience with Diligent advantageous
  • Strong accountability and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage complexity and solve problems efficiently
  • Strong planning and alignment skills, with a focus on organizational goals
  • Understanding the importance of building rapport with other EAs and service provider
