EXECUTIVE ASSITANT – EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM

As our Executive Assistant, reporting to the CEO The Star Sydney, you will provide high level, efficient, confidential and comprehensive executive and administrative support, ensuring that service delivery is timely and meets both the customer’s (internal and external) needs and corporate standards.
Based in Sydney, this is a fantastic, multifaceted opportunity where you will be in the centre of it all, supporting the CEO in a dynamic fast paced environment and making a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Use discretion in the absence of the CEO and provide appropriate responses, whilst escalating any important developments
  • Handle all queries with diplomacy and tact and refer all problems together with regular and informative feedback to the CEO
  • Use discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling information administered by the CEO
  • Prepare confidential documents for company presentation and discussions, collect data and compile ad hoc and monthly reports for key stakeholders
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including email and diary management, expense claims, travel arrangements, internal paperwork, screening of telephone calls, prepare and complete standard replies to correspondence and other office duties such as collating documents and arranging courier requirements
    Kindly note the role will require you to be onsite from Monday to Friday each week.
