SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

As the suitable candidate for this position, you will hold prior relevant and recent experience as an Executive Assistant to an Executive within a corporate business environment.

In addition, you will also:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting a C-suite leader;
  • Extensive experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders;
  • Adaptive communication style to ensure an open, professional and friendly manner to all levels within the organisation;
  • Flexible work approach to meet the varying demands of an ever-changing and fast-moving environment;
  • Ability to professionally manage scheduling conflicts and recommend appropriate solutions;
  • High computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

The purpose of the Executive Assistant is to provide a high level pro-active, quality and comprehensive executive assistant support to the CEO and Chair, enabling them to undertake his role effectively and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

  • Manage the complex diaries of the CEO and Chairman.
  • Maintain effective relations with key stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • Assist with monthly and ad hoc report production.
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic and annual business plans for the SMT.
  • Mentor and lead the Executive Assistant team.
  • Arrange and coordinate SMT and strategic meetings (and other forums) including agenda development, minute taking, report preparation and coordination, preparing presentations and arranging facilities, social events, accommodation and catering for each function.
  • Provide a high standard of general executive assistant and administrative services.
  • Work with the Travel Agent to arrange complex travel coordination.
  • Preparation and coordination for board meetings.
