Committed to continued innovation, dramatic growth and effective solutions, the CEO is now seeking the assistance of an exemplary Executive Assistant to establish a Business Partner function within the leadership team.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • minimum 7 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives or HNWIs
  • strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Powerpoint
  • prior experience in the construction industry or private equity space will be highly regarded
  • previous duties in finance, insurance and HR processes an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • apply a strategic mindset to aid the CEO in decision-making processes, acting as a confidant and sounding board
  • working closely with the CEO to enable improved processes, relieve administrative burdens and optimise their time
  • establishing the role of Executive Assistant for the CEO, and how it interfaces with his team and key stakeholders
  • managing a busy diary to ensure time is spent on key priorities, gatekeeping numerous daily requests to maximise productivity
  • managing agendas, minutes, and actions registers ensuring task tracking, completion, and reporting for all meetings, including for the Board
  • creating high-quality Powerpoint presentations
  • building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate enquiries, ensure effective communication flow, and provide high quality advice
  • providing financial, taxation, and contract management support
  • assisting with insurance compliance needs and processes
  • supporting human resources duties
  • assisting with management of extensive personal property and investment portfolios
