SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience supporting at CEO level
- Agile and adaptable – absolute must!
- Experience using Diligent – would be great!
- If you have experience within Membership – even better!
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this exciting 5-month contract, you will be responsible for providing support to the interim CEO and ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will have 3 direct reports who you will provide direction to when required. The team are bubbly and down to earth looking for someone just as great to join the team. This role holds variety, and will see you working in a non-hierarchical environment where everyone chips in where they need, just as you would expect in a smaller organisation of around 40 people.
This role is for an immediate start and will be full time hours. You will have 2 days per week in the office, and the rest from home. Tuesday is an anchor day when all the executives are in, and the second day can be flexible.
DUTIES
- Provide diary management support to the interim CEO
- Additional support to the Senior Leadership Team as required
- Organise agendas for meetings, including board meetings
- Collate board papers in diligent
- Credit expenses and travel management when necessary
- Provide management and direction to administration team of 3
