Description:

Our client is the Middle Easts largest and most successful salon and spa chain.with 37 branches located across four emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO’s daily activities and ensuring smooth operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree (preferably in Administration)
  • Executive Assistant Certification preferred.
  • 5+ Years of experience of proven similar work experience.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational & management skills and ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving and decision making
  • Proactivity and self-direction
  • Professional discretion and confidentiality
    Location: Arjan, Al Barsha South Third
    Timings: Monday to Friday | 09.00 AM to 06.00P

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the CEO’s daily schedule, including business appointments, meetings, and personal events.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and various departments, facilitating communication and follow-up on tasks.
  • Maintain the CEO’s email account, prioritizing and notifying important messages.
  • Prepare and draft minutes during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Arrange travel plans, including bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation, for both business trips and personal travel.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as report preparation, spreadsheet creation, and data entry.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and external partners, clients, and visitors.
  • Organize office filing systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to phone calls, screen inquiries, and distribute correspondence.
  • Carry out any additional tasks or projects as directed by the CEO.
