SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in a similar position is advantageous
- Experience in executive level email and appointment scheduling
- Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong track record of proactive networking and relationship building
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft knowledge
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a an international organisation based from the Melbourne CBD office.
The objective of this role is to effectively support the CEO. Providing a high level of secretarial support with utmost accuracy and attention to detail, displaying unquestionable sensitivity and confidentiality at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the CEO, your role will include however not be limited to the following;
- Complex email and calendar management
- Agenda coordination and preparation and following up on action items
- Organising travel and other related arrangements
- Drafting presentations and briefing papers
- Board support
- Maintain up to date knowledge pertaining to company processes and procedures and bring issues to the attention of the Strategy Manager as required
- Preparing or collating materials for meetings, conferences or events
- Credit card reconciliations
- Carry out special projects as allocated
