DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
- Manage extensive and complex calendars, proactively coordinating meetings and events, filtering and prioritising through high volume email inboxes to optimise the Chief Executive Officer’s time and focus
- Support the CEO’s wider team, overseeing and coordinating projects on behalf of your executive, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders and efficient execution of tasks
- Provide comprehensive board support, including meticulously collating board papers, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating board meetings with stakeholders across multiple time zones, thoroughly exemplifying your attention to detail and organisational prowess
- Demonstrate your adeptness in communication and diplomacy by liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders, exhibiting the highest level of professionalism and discretion whilst efficiently representing the business vision and strategic priorities
- Expertly administer the CEO’s day-to-day and workload, processing expenses, upkeeping operational budgets, booking travel and making logistic arrangements and aptly resolving unexpected issues and last-minute developments
