Description:

Your Role
You will provide high-level confidential executive and administrative support to the CMO. You will have exceptional organisational skills be able to set priorities to meet deadlines.
You will build strong relationships with the CMO and Patient Experience and Clinical Excellence (PEaCE) teams and help to deliver key strategic priorities within St John of God Health Care (SJGHC).

The Position

  • Complex diary and email management.
  • Manage communications preparing correspondence and memos and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CMO.
  • Arranging meetings, workshops and functions, including preparation and distribution of agenda, minutes and other papers and following up of issues arising from meetings or workshops.
  • Attending meetings as required and taking minutes to be distributed.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of projects by tracking progress and assisting in meeting deadlines.
  • Arranging travel.
  • Preparation of orientation plan and material to new team members.
  • Process expense claims.
  • Be aware of and work in accordance with the SJGHC policies and procedures, including Equal Opportunity, Confidentiality and Privacy.
  • Maintain a flexible attitude to the daily schedule to address unexpected changing priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with all customers and patients using the appropriate channels, utilising appropriate formal and informal channels of communication.

You will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet multiple deadlines. Also with an ability to communicate effectively with Chief Officers, hospital/service Directors of Medical Services, leaders, caregivers and other internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CMO.
You will be flexible and be able to work on your own or as a member of a team with attention to detail and confidentiality.
