Varicent is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to support our Chief Revenue Officer. This role is integral to sustaining our momentum in the market, fostering our culture of collaboration, and driving our mission forward.
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in a dynamic and fast-paced organization, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to the CRO and contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the revenue department. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and organization of the CRO’s activities. The role demands a combination of strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills. You will contribute to the operational efficiency of the CRO’s office by managing special projects, streamlining processes, and enhancing communication channels within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management:
  • Manage the CRO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring adherence to budget and preferences.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, clients, and other stakeholders on behalf of the CRO.
  • Act as a liaison between the CRO and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and accountability across the organization.

Communication Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CRO, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, emails, and phone calls.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CRO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives led by the CRO, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the CRO and stakeholders.

Meeting Coordination and Support:

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and supporting documents.
  • Attend meetings with the CRO as necessary, taking notes, and following up on action items and decisions.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the CRO, including managing expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
