Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PA or Executive Assistant to support our Deputy Divisional Registrar.
In a friendly and supportive environment, you will be responsible for providing high quality, effective administrative and secretarial support with an exceptional level of organisational ability and efficient time management skills. You will be confident in making decisions and regularly using your judgement and initiative when deciding how to carry out the role. You will have the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive and flexible attitude is important, together with a proactive approach to the role when supporting a senior manager with a busy and complex workload.
This role also includes committee work, including the preparation of agendas and papers, arranging meetings and taking minutes to support the work of the Deputy Divisional Registrar.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover post of up to 12 months with hybrid working options available.
