As an Executive Assistant to Head of CSS & Enterprise – MOAI, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee information creation, management, and support, while structuring document handling systems.
- Maintain compliance in document classifications and ensure appropriate accessibility based on information confidentiality and data privacy.
- Regularly update documents, distribute established presentations and create content in compliance with Ericsson’s brand.
- Administer assets/distribution lists, and manage access rights in the corresponding systems for employees, consultants, and customers.
- Provide travel support for personnel, including planning and organizing travel arrangements, assisting with visa processes, and adhering to corporate policies.
- Participate actively in the unit’s leadership team, taking decisions where appropriate, and following up actions on behalf of the manager.
- Support on calendar management, meeting coordination actions, logistics, critical initiatives and personal assistance.
- Drive coordination and all employee meets, Customer Meeting Leadership Team meetings and other important meetings and MOM preparations.
- Coordinate internal & External visits and provide the Logistics support.
- Interface to ministry/embassies / Chambers and other stakeholders on behalf of the Customer Unit head. Coordinate meetings, activities, engagements, and discussions related to the same.
- Able to translate the documents/discussions wherever needed.
- Drive coordination and arrangements with customers if needed.
