Responsibilities:
This is an Agent situated amongst the top performers of a large franchise group. Monday – Friday, we are seeking a switched-on individual to slot into this fast-paced environment. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day running of this busy agent
- Email, appointment, and diary management
- Handling all aspects of sales administration including managing exchanges and settlements
- Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding
- Preparing and attending proposals, presentations, and auctions
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
- Preparing Marketing Material
