about the job
In this newly created role, you’ll serve as an integral support to the SVP, providing the full spectrum of Executive Assistant duties, working closely with him to ensure his schedules, travel plans, and expenses are meticulously managed.Your role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations at the highest level. You’ll also play a vital role in coordinating departmental meetings and preparing meeting materials. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with senior internal and external global stakeholders as an effective gatekeeper of the SVP, showcasing your proactive approach, forward-thinking mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Additionally, contributing to the seamless operations of the APAC Regional Office based in Singapore, you’ll oversee local authority filing requirements, handle office agreements and contracts, manage office supplies, coordinate with 3rd party vendors on IT requirements, and be responsible for the general office tidiness. Working closely with the SVP and other team members, you’ll also contribute to other ad hoc duties and take part in the planning, organization, and execution of special projects and company events as required.

Reporting directly to the SVP, you will be working in a dynamic and high functioning lean team, playing a pivotal role in supporting the SVP and ensuring the seamless operations of the regional office.
skills and experience required
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities. With a structured and organized working style and a can-do attitude, you’ll interact seamlessly with high-level executives and handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. A motivated self-starter with minimally 5 years of prior experience supporting senior executives, you’ll demonstrate sound judgment, prioritize effectively, and make decisions confidently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is essential and knowledge of the Medical Device industry would be advantageous.
