Description:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chair, encompassing tasks such as arranging meetings, intricate diary management, maintaining contact databases, organizing filing systems, and managing the flow of information from both internal and external sources.
- Handle correspondence directed to the Chair and, when applicable, other Non-Executive Directors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the Chair and Non-Executive Directors, including transportation, accommodation, and dining arrangements.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and expenses for the Chair and Non-Executive Directors, meticulously recording them within the Group’s systems.
- Collaborate with the Group Company Secretary to ensure the smooth functioning of the plc Board, including managing events (notably the Annual General Meeting), scheduling meetings, organizing and distributing board papers, and facilitating communication.
- Offer administrative assistance to the Group Company Secretary as required.
- Cultivate strong and professional relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, including senior management and their respective teams.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven track record of providing Executive Assistant support a C-Suite/Board level
- Advanced MS office skills (including the knowledge of using shared folders)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, the ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure, reprioritising and delegating where necessary.
- A high level of initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond constructively, and at pace to unforeseen events.
- An excellent communicator with collaborative approach
- Excellent judgement and ability to use tact and discretion at all times along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

You will be an essential resource to the Board and Chair responsible for supporting all aspect to ensure the efficient and effective execution of their role.
