The Executive Assistant provides organisational and administrative support to the General Manager and at times assists with other secretarial and administrative duties within the Executive office as required. The EA will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality being crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, initiative and attention to detail are key attributes for this role.
