QUALIFICATIONS

Years of Experience: 5 + years experience in:

  • Proactively supporting senior / executive leaders.
  • Arranging travel, expense reporting and calendar management.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite programs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Communication: Frequent communication with other employees. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Repetitive Motion: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Average Visual Abilities: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery.
  • Physical Strength: Sedentary work; must be able to remain in a stationary position most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally. (Almost all office jobs.)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive assistant support to the President-GM of Trident Systems and the ICS and SAS business unit Presidents.
  • Partner with the executive team on the daily management of scheduling appointments while exercising a flexible approach to changing schedules.
  • Arrange complex travel plans and compose detailed itineraries.
  • Managing executive calendars including, scheduling and organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Collaborating with other leaders, departments and team members.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and other documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in support of the executive leadership team.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Continually iterate and advance processes to optimize daily operations for the C-suite team.
  • Work closely with IT to resolve administrative technology and security issues.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls and email messages and communicate messages and information to the executive.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Compose and prepare letters relating to routine correspondence for President’s authorization or signature
  • Assist with special projects and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
