Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Join our dynamic Influencer Marketing agency in the UK as an Executive Assistant, where you will be the indispensable right hand to our CEO, while also providing crucial support to senior leaders within the agency, particularly the marketing team. As the Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to drive the agency’s success. This role offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a rapidly growing industry, contributing to the agency’s efficiency and effectiveness.
This position is completely remote, however you must be permanently based in the UK.

THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the CEO and senior leaders, optimising their time and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and documentation, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes for the CEO and senior leadership.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring information flows seamlessly within the organisation.
  • Assist in project management, handling tasks such as tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expenses for the CEO, other senior leaders, team members and influencers, particularly for industry events.
  • Work with the marketing team to assist with marketing events organisation
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the agency.
  • Outreach to event spaces with initial inquiries, providing reports on preliminary locations, costs, and catering information for events
