Description:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO, Board of Directors, and members of the Leadership Team. This is a balanced role requiring professionalism, emotional maturity, and the ability to develop a strong working relationship with managers, executives and Board members. The primary work office will be in Calumet, MI.

Upper Great Lakes Family Health is your community-based medical, dental, and behavioral health care center. QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-HS degree in business, preferred.
- Relevant experience working in a clerical or administrative role
- Possesses advanced organizational skills and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team environment to perform a wide range of administrative duties to support managers, Executive Team and Board of Directors.
- Experience handling confidential, sensitive business information.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, and records meeting minutes.
- Makes travel arrangements and coordinates conference registrations.
- Ensures organizational contracts, corporate bylaws, and policies are up to date.
- Creates written correspondence, workflow documents, spreadsheets, operational tools, and reports.
- Provides reception duties including answering/directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating supply orders.
