JOB OVERVIEW:

Are you a master of multitasking with a passion for providing top-notch executive and personal assistance? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Project Management and Coordination Specialist. In this remote role, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our executives while also managing and coordinating key projects.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Experience: Proven track record in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Discretion and Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive Mindset: Proactively seek out new challenges and opportunities for improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance with tasks, appointments, and special projects.
  • Project Management and Coordination: Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met, and coordinating tasks among team members.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline administrative processes and maintain organizational systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Travel Management: Oversee travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and efficient journeys for executives.
  • Event Coordination: Play a key role in organizing events, managing logistics, and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research, compile reports, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise. This figure represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the potential salary for this role. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. We may offer a salary outside this range to an exceptional candidate.
