Responsibilities:

  • Diary and meeting management including the development of agenda’s and recording minutes, actions and decisions (where required) for the Leaders
  • Coordination of team key meetings, including the preparation of agendas and presentation material
  • Supporting each Leaders management of team administration tasks, including:
  • People: annual leave liability, mandatory people learning, reward and recognition and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Expenses and Travel: Each teams expenses management and travel bookings
  • System Access: Support the Leader to manage HR and IT systems access in alignment with organisational requirements e.g. HR administration requests and the provision of IT assets and systems access for the team
  • Event Management including team offsites, town hall meetings and other gatherings as required
  • Maintain a strong network with other EA’s and all relevant stakeholders to ensure the cohesive alignment of meetings and relevant communications across the organisation
  • Update and maintain the team organisational chart and distribution lists, making sure that these are accurately reflected in the People Directory
  • Ensure alignment of the Leaders respective priorities in management of email and calendar
