YOUR MISSION

• Act as a focal point on all matters related to the Executive Team, ensuring optimal communication flow with WDL team members, as well as with external partners and stakeholders;
• Oversee all aspects of office management and operations, including facilities, supplies, and services, in an effort to create a safe and productive work environment for the team;
• Provide support in event management, including coordination of client and personal reservations for the Executive Team;
• Prepare presentations and stay on top of meeting documentations, especially in regards to formal board meetings;
• Be responsible for organization of overall domestic and international travel logistics, including relevant coordination of meetings, as required;
• Handle administrative and operational issues independently, escalating complex matters to appropriate individuals when necessary;
• Gain exposure to potential involvement in project management activities and a possibility to provide support to project teams;
• Bring aboard a positive mindset and be open to learning something new each day!
