Executive, Broker Management

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist Broker/FA’s Management team to achieve assigned team business target given by company.
• Introduce new products and promote them through regular visits and frequent communication with brokers/FA channels.
• Assist to follow up with all broker/FA’s renewal business.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with either international or local insurance Brokers/FAs.
• Liaise with underwriters for new and renewal quotations.
• Assist on the collection of outstanding premiums from Brokers/FA channels.
• Liaise and coordinate claims submission for existing brokers/FAs/customers.Any other tasks assigned by the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma or Degree holder with relevant professional certificates in General/Life insurance.
• Min 1 years working experience in General/Life insurance industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good initiative, independent, result oriented, sociable and creative.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (to be able to communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaking associates regarding assigned tasks)
• Preferably possess a Class 3 Driving License.
