Description:

ACCOUNTABILITIES & SCOPE

  • Plan and execute marketing and loyalty campaigns that help to drive business objectives such as traffic, sales and members’ acquisition or engagement / active rate.
  • Act as the main liaison for key stakeholders, including external vendors or agencies, to ensure the campaign requirements are delivered accordingly.
  • Source and handle vendors or agencies for marketing or loyalty campaigns and ensure that the appointed vendors or agencies fulfil their commitment in accordance with the agreed service level.
  • Liaise with merchants in curating exclusive deals for the loyalty programme to drive members’ acquisition and engagement / active rates. Follow up with merchants on the performance of such deals and any reimbursement as a result of the collaboration.
  • Prepare and/or disseminate information to merchants or stakeholders to keep them updating on marketing campaigns, loyalty programme or any ad-hoc partnerships.
  • Handle setup in the loyalty system and develop operation guide for stakeholders and customers service hotline.
  • Collate reports and monitor the performances of the marketing and loyalty campaigns on a daily / weekly basis to ensure that they meet the targets set.
  • Assist in ensuring that the loyalty terminals in merchants’ stores are accounted and that the terminal vendors are meeting service level standards.
  • Main liaison for customers service hotline, internal stakeholders and IT team to ensure members’ enquiries are handled promptly.
  • Monitor and investigate suspicious members’ transactions to maintain the integrity of the loyalty programme.
  • Handle the end-to-end user acceptance testing for features in the loyalty mobile app.
  • Perform administrative work related to vendors / agencies management, including agreement, purchase orders.
