POSITION SUMMARY:

• Supervise the Club Lounge service period, tending bar and serving food to guests, fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance
• Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times
• Fuel guest’s curiosity and inspire brilliance throughout the complete food and beverage experience
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
• Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor empowering and supporting your team
• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
• Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
• Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions
