REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry and proven coaching experience with B2B SaaS Founders
  • Proven track record of success as an Executive Coach, with experience working with B2B SaaS Founders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Experience working with clients in a remote setting, through various channels including email, our Facebook community, and 1:1 zoom calls
  • Strong understanding of SaaS growth and leadership best practices

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about helping SaaS companies achieve massive growth and impact in the world? The SaaS Academy Team is on a mission to help B2B SaaS Companies grow to new heights through world-class coaching and training. As an Executive Coach with us, you will have the opportunity to work with 80-100 B2B SaaS Founders and be part of a team that has helped over 2,000 SaaS founders scale their businesses beyond what they thought possible.
As an Executive Coach, you will be responsible for coaching our clients on leadership and growth strategy using our growing curriculum of 350+ growth playbooks. You’ll support your clients across a variety of channels, including 1-on-1 zoom calls, email, our Facebook community, and group coaching calls. You’ll be responsible for holding our clients accountable to execution and helping them implement these strategies.
As an Executive Coach in our SaaS Academy Program, you will own the client’s success and results in the program, and you’ll work closely with our program design team to create and deploy better playbooks and resources to support our clients. You will also manage an account manager as a direct report, who will act as an assistant, supporting you as you support our clients.
In this role you can focus solely on coaching and empowering B2B SaaS Founders without any distractions from sales, marketing, or administrative duties. In addition, you will also manage an account manager as a direct report, who will act as an assistant, supporting you as you support our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with B2B SaaS Founders to develop customized growth and leadership strategies
  • Contribute to and refine our program curriculum, creating better playbooks and resources to support our clients
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients, ensuring their success in the program
  • Hold clients accountable to execution and help them navigate roadblocks
  • Engage with clients through various channels, including email, our Facebook community, and 1:1 Zoom calls
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success
  • Collaborate with the account manager to ensure clients receive exceptional service
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to SaaS growth and leadership
  • Continuously evaluate and improve coaching strategies to ensure clients receive the best possible service
  • Have experience working with SaaS Companies and founders doing less than $5 million in ARR
  • Have experience coaching an entrepreneurial and leadership mindset
