THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Executive Assistant Group (EAG). EAG is our team of self-motivated EAs who support our Partners and are a key part of our Core Business Services team. We keep our organization running strong by working to deliver exceptional service to our internal clients, supporting EY’s growth and profitability, in line with its vision of building a better working world. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to a national leader, while simultaneously supporting other assigned executives from our leadership team.
Our EAs are driven administrative professionals who enjoy teaming with colleagues while striving to understand and anticipate needs to exceed expectations. On any given day, your key responsibilities may include:

Responsibilities:

  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience
  • Experience supporting senior-level (C-suite) executives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with proven ability to learn customized software/tools
  • Excellent customer service and proven team player with strong written and oral communications skills
